ProjectWatchPRO is operated from Nisku, Alberta, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and the ProjectWatchPRO application, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Information we collect

  • Details you give us directly: your name, company, email address, phone number and anything you write in a form or send by email.
  • Information created when you use the application: the jobs, tasks, hours, quotes and costs your company records, and the account details of the people who use it.
  • Basic technical information collected automatically when you browse: pages viewed, referring page, approximate region, browser and device type.

Why we use it

  • To reply to enquiries, run a Profit Recovery Review, and provide support.
  • To operate, secure and improve the ProjectWatchPRO application for your company.
  • To send information you asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Job and cost data inside the application

  • Data your company records in ProjectWatchPRO belongs to your company. We process it to provide the service, to support you, and to keep backups.
  • We do not use your job or cost data to build public benchmarks, case studies or marketing without your written permission.

Cookies and analytics

  • This website uses only what is needed to serve pages and to count visits in aggregate. We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site continues to work.

Storage, retention and security

  • Information is stored on managed infrastructure with access limited to staff who need it. Access is logged.
  • We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to answer them and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
  • Application data is retained for the life of your subscription and for a defined wind-down period afterwards, as set out in your service agreement.

Your rights

  • You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for a correction, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it.
  • Requests go to info@projectwatchpro.com. We respond within 30 days.
  • If you are not satisfied with our response you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes to this policy

  • When this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing customers are communicated by email.
