These terms apply when you use this website, the calculators on it, the Profit Recovery Review, or the ProjectWatchPRO application. Using any of them means you accept these terms.

Use of this website

  • You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own business use.
  • You may not copy the content into a competing product or service, scrape it at scale, or present it as your own.

Calculators and figures

  • The calculators do arithmetic on the numbers you enter. They are planning aids, not financial, accounting or legal advice.
  • Example figures shown across this site are illustrative. They are not documented client results and are not a promise of any outcome.
  • Recovering 5% of monthly revenue in 90 days describes what the method targets, not a guarantee. Results depend on your starting point and what you implement.

The Profit Recovery Review

  • The Profit Recovery Review is a free 30-minute session. It carries no obligation to purchase and creates no ongoing engagement.
  • Anything discussed is treated as confidential on both sides.

The application

  • Access to ProjectWatchPRO is licensed, not sold, under the service agreement signed with your company. Where these terms and that agreement disagree, the service agreement governs.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data your people enter, and for keeping account credentials secure.
  • We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is notified in advance where practical.

Intellectual property

  • ProjectWatchPRO, the Profit Pulse System, this website and its content are owned by ProjectWatchPRO and its licensors.

Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from this website and its free tools is limited to nothing more than ceasing to provide them. Liability relating to the application is governed by your service agreement.
  • We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of illustrative figures or calculator output.

Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it.
